If yoga and functional fitness had a badass baby—it’d be Coach Christopher’s Mobility class. Using bands, blocks, dumbbells, and more, this class is made for athletes at every level. Desk job? Rounded shoulders? Stiff lower back? This will fix that. Want to improve range of motion, unlock deeper strength, and move better in and out of the gym? You’re in the right place.
When it comes to his fitness classes—brace yourself. Christopher doesn’t follow the rules. He programs intense, innovative workouts with a heavy focus on unilateral movement and non-traditional strength training. It’s raw. It’s effective. And it’ll make you stronger in ways most programs miss. -

Tactical Strength & Conditioning

Coach Ryan is a firefighter—and it shows. His classes are forged with real-world grit and firefighter-level intensity. You’ll use battle ropes, steel maces, steel batons, kettlebells, dumbbells, and whatever else he pulls out of his bag of torture tools. These workouts aren’t just sweaty—they’re savage.
Expect to leave his class soaked, smiling, and surrounded by the ghosts of sweat angels on the floor. Functional, explosive, powerful—this is training that prepares you for life. -

Revitalizing Yoga

Coach Christina brings something truly unique to Driven—healing.
Her restorative yoga flows are rooted in deep awareness, presence, and nervous system recovery. Her sequences are centering, powerful, and designed to awaken the body from the inside out.
This is the space to feel grounded again. Ideal for anyone looking to restore balance and reset from stress. Every class leaves you feeling safe, clear, and reconnected. -

Challenging Flow & Power Yoga

Coach Cassie’s yoga classes are not for the faint of heart. These flows are fire. They blend intentional breathwork with challenging movement, giving you that “damn, I didn’t know yoga could be this hard” kind of burn.
You’ll sweat. You’ll shake. You’ll drop into your breath and push through. Perfect for athletes, gritty yogis, or anyone who wants to recover, rebuild, and light it up on the mat. Cassie brings the heat—and you’ll feel every bit of it in the best way.
